COVID-19, Safely Working

Protocols In Place to Keep Everyone Safe During the Covid-19 Pandemic

Covid-19 Back To Work

From all of us at Solar Energy Solutions, we sincerely hope that you and your family and friends are all safe and healthy during the pandemic.

We are committed to keeping our customers and staff safe during this very unusual time. To that end, we have a number of COVID-19 Safety protocols in place going forward. For more information about current guideline click CDC Covid-19 information.

Ensuring Contactless Site Visits During the Pandemic

While there is some information that we need on site to ensure the highest quality design and installation, it’s also pretty easy to get that information without any contact. Below are the safety protocols that we will be using when visiting a home or business during this pandemic

During the pandemic:.

  • Any visits onsite will only be made if our staff member is feeling well and has a normal temperature, no exceptions.
  • We also ask that customers not feeling well or with a fever on the day of the visit, please call to reschedule, we are happy to work with you to select a new day and time that is convenient.
  • When onsite, any conversations will be outside the home or business with at least 6 feet social distancing and our consultants and field technicians will have face covering.
  • When arriving on site our consultants or technicians will contact the home or business owner (by phone if possible) and let them know what information they will be gathering outside i.e. roof measurements, shade readings, utility meter, etc.
  • If there is information needed inside the home, like from the main electric panel, our consultant will wear face coverings, gloves, and shoe coverings while trying to maintain 6 foot distance. Every effort will be made to minimize time in side.

As the Covid-19 situation continues to evolve, and as recommendations change, we will work to have the highest level of safety protocols in place. Please check back here for any updates. Take care and be safe!
