Solar Energy Solutions is proud to be a Tesla Powerwall Certified Installer, which means we now offer customized solar plus battery or stand-alone battery solutions that enable you to access the free, abundant power of the sun, day and night, and reduce your reliance on fossil fuels. Solar Energy Solutions is Kentucky’s only solar company to be officially certified to install the Tesla Powerwall. 

With Powerwall you can store solar energy generated during the day for use at anytime. During the day, the sun shines on your solar panels, charging your battery. At night, your home draws electricity from your battery, powering your home with clean, sustainable energy, 24/7.

Installing Powerwall with Solar Energy Solutions is easy. We take care of everything from system design, permitting, and installation through to commissioning and electrical inspection. 

Powerwall consists of a 13.5 kW Lithium-ion battery pack, liquid thermal control system, and integrated inverter and software that intelligently dispatches electricity when and where it’s needed most. The units mount seamlessly on a wall or on the ground, indoors or outdoors, and are connected to the grid to export excess energy, maximizing your opportunity for economic benefit.

Powerpack, Tesla’s commercial and utility energy storage system, enables businesses and government entities to take control of their energy costs. Powerpack integrates seamlessly with solar to store surplus clean energy when it is available, and shift building loads from the grid to Powerpack when power demand and particularly demand charges are high.

The Tesla Powerpack is a fully integrated AC-connected energy storage system, which includes Lithium-ion battery units, bidirectional inverters, and monitoring and control software. The system is designed to be modular and scalable from 100 kWh to 100MWh plus.
